Implementing new services and software on time and on budget with broad participation and ownership of the process and the project can be tricky, stressful and highly political. This session will overview our experiences and present some best practices we have developed at Notre Dame to make your next big (or small!) project rewarding, collaborative, transparent and effective. We will highlight our recent experience with a consortia implementation of Primo, as well as draw on past Aleph, MetaLib and other projects.
