E-Reserves Linking: Improving Access and Support Through a Custom Permalink SystemTravisClamonauthorIn 2020, East Tennessee State University was in the early stages of implementing an electronic textbook program when the COVID pandemic stuck. The shift to all virtual classes amplified our concerns about discovery, linking, and support of electronic resources. Without a solution like Leganto, we devised our own permalink system that helped address many of our concerns and is still in use today.
