Requests are initiated through the items page of the Aleph OPAC. The new Request PDF button is an SFX link which takes users to either full text online or the ILLiad request tracking system, which can deliver the scanned PDF. We will discuss the planning, implementation, and some of the results of adding this new service. If we get there in time, we may be able to include PDS authentication as well. ",
