Many communication problems can be relieved by a good wiki, but it isn\u2019t as simple as downloading the software. The right environment should be in place to maximize the positive impact. The session will discuss the philosophical and practical issues involved, along with the pitfalls and successes (including wikiphobia) experienced when advocating a Cataloging departmental wiki and marketing it to staff at the Syracuse University Library.
