The Live Usability Lab format provides an exciting demonstration of the potential of usability testing for evaluating library resources from the patron's perspective. In this session we will use an innovative and interaction-driven usability demonstration method (Marty & Twidale, 2005) to assess SFX from a non-librarian perspective. This method will both demonstrate the potential and power of user testing, and engage the audience by illustrating the process with live data instead of canned examples. </mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">SFX</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2008-07-31</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Conference or Workshop Item</mods:genre></mods:mods>
