The CDL is currently using the SFX API in two projects, the PubMed Order function and the CDL's NSDL funded earth sciences portal. PubMed Order does a direct call to the SFX API and the Earth Sciences Portal uses a new module in the CDL's Common Framework. This presentation will discuss the development of the two SFX API interfaces, challenges encountered along the way and the promise for the future.
