This presentation will describe the use of a variety of tools and applications-CRM (customer relationship software), Ask-A-Librarian with an online chat service, audio files, an online survey, and a blog for the purposes of connecting the user within the SFX and MetaLib environment to the library. These initiatives are an effort to build an online community within MetaLib and SFX.
