Metasearch is an integral part of the library website at Rochester. An integral part of our technology solution is our use of the SFX API. This talk looks at metasearch usability test results, and the design of a user pathway called "two-clicks to full text" that shifts the burdensome aspects of metasearch away from the user and closer to the application.
