N2  - The Voyager Installation Kit (VIK) was introduced in Voyager 7.2 to provide customers with a new fast and easy way to perform their own upgrades to the latest release of Voyager on the day and time of their choosing. Adam will describe the VIK and how it works, and Laura will share her experience of running the VIK for the very first time. Audience members will learn what the VIK does and how it works, as well as gain an understanding of what you should know when you run it yourself.
