abstract: This presentation will be about what we do to "sync" Voyager invoices/vouchers with our PeopleSoft Accounts Payable system. We have PL-SQL stored procedure code that extracts completed vouchers according to some very complex rule set. This then writes an XML encoded record block out to disc, this gets picked up by another server which runs a few XML transformations on the file to get it to look like the XML message block that PeopleSoft expects. We then ship these XML vouchers to the PeopleSoft staging server where it picks them up and loads them in.
