%X University of Minnesota was one of two sites that beta-tested the upgrade process and resulting interoperability between SFX4.1 and Verde in December. This presentation will briefly cover our testing and implementation of the SFX upgrade/Verde service pack in the beta-phase and our subsequent production upgrade. We will also discuss our modifications to workflow and support of Verde and SFX caused by the change in knowledge base synchronization direction.
