The most recent project for improving user access was the acquisition of Xerxes software, an open-source interface for MetaLib. This presentation describes the decision for acquiring Xerxes and the process of implementation at the UW-Madison campus, including UW-Madison additions to Xerxes such as a "value added" area which highlights resources/librarians and programming code that improves the Xerxes "By Title" search.
