In recent years, heavy theft activities have been reported. An inventory is badly needed. However, budget cuts prohibit equipping the library collection with RFID, and we have to conduct the inventory without closing the library. It takes extensive planning and coordination to undertake this task. New procedures and tracking mechanisms were created. Utilizing ShelfLister for Voyager, the project has begun. date: 2011-05 date_type: published full_text_status: restricted pres_type: lecture event_title: ELUNA 2011 event_location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin event_dates: 11-13 May 2011 event_type: conference refereed: FALSE citation: Holmes, Ramona and Scalf, Heather and Zhang, Peter (2011) Inventory without closing the library and without RFID.
