FCLA was tasked to ?make it so? - but how? A project was undertaken to determine which platform, ILLiad or AlephILL, would support the service, dubbed ?UBorrow?, with our locally-developed Mango patron interface as the front end. This presentation will focus on our experiences managing a two-fold project: the process within FCLA to configure and enhance UBorrow, with AlephILL as the backend, in response to our libraries? needs; and the essential but less clear-cut process of building consensus among the SULs to move the project forward.
