FCLA was tasked to “make it so” - but how? A project was undertaken to determine which platform, ILLiad or AlephILL, would support the service, dubbed “UBorrow”, with our locally-developed Mango patron interface as the front end. This presentation will focus on our experiences managing a two-fold project: the process within FCLA to configure and enhance UBorrow, with AlephILL as the backend, in response to our libraries’ needs; and the essential but less clear-cut process of building consensus among the SULs to move the project forward. date: 2011-05 date_type: published full_text_status: restricted pres_type: lecture event_title: ELUNA 2011 event_location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin event_dates: 11-13 May 2011 event_type: conference refereed: FALSE citation: Kuntz, Jennifer and Ellis, Wendy (2011) Make It So, Somehow: Explicit and Implicit Management of Florida's Unmediated Borrowing Project.
