The multi-step processes involved record identification and global deletion of outdated authority records using Voyager catjob program and some easy-to-use external programs. The second project involved data switching from the MARC tag 690 to 650. The change allows the data element to be phrase-searchable and hyperlinkable on OPAC. date: 2011-05 date_type: published full_text_status: restricted pres_type: lecture event_title: ELUNA 2011 event_location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin event_dates: 11-13 May 2011 event_type: conference refereed: FALSE citation: Weng, Cathy and Tosaka, Yuji (2011) Managing catalog data to enhance library OPAC use.
