N2  - Advanced Booking is a service that allows users to book reserve materials, such as study rooms, in advance so that it will be available upon their arrival. At FCLA we setup that basic Aleph service, and modified the user interface for optimal use. We?ll discuss the lengthy process we went through to promote booking, Aleph table setup, and the development to create a more robust service by providing the booking matrix which allows users to see all of the "bookable" items and availability on one screen.
