%X The 11 SFX 4 instances of Fenway Libraries Online went live Dec 22, 2010. Using this upgrade as a prototype, this talk outlines the application of simplified project management techniques to the process. This session will discuss the SFX- specific initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases, as well as how to create a timeline, assess and set training needs, manage the technical process, plan for the ‘cone of uncertainty’ and still have time to play in the snow.
