abstract: The session provides a view of the new Ex Libris TotalCare service environment for an academic library consortium. The PALNI consortium of 23 libraries implemented Primo TotalCare and also migrated existing SFX and MetaLib services to TotalCare support. The presenters will detail the opportunities offered by the switch as well as the challenges faced in moving 23 different schools from one type of support to another.
