N2  - Abstract: The growing need to efficiently and effectively manage the vast and complex electronic resources has posed many challenges to the library. A flexible, powerful, and also affordable ERM system is much needed. This presentation will talk about our implementation of an open source ERM system (CORAL) and the applications of its different modules, focusing on the decision-making process, as well as its impact upon the local library workflow customization and staffing issues, consistent information of our individual as well as multi-level consortium purchase, and interoperability issues.
