abstract: Step one, step two, step three... done! Not that easy!  At Idaho State University we switched from EBSCO A-Z and link resolver to SFX.  We also replaced our Voyager server, upgraded from 6.5.1 to 8.1, and implemented Primo.  This presentation will discuss our workflow, what we wished we knew before the switch, and lessons learned.
