Part of the implementation strategy was to evaluate the system's usability and patron satisfaction. To accomplish these goals, a user assessment committee was formed. This committee developed, implemented and analyzed a both a usability test and online survey. 20 patrons participated in our usability testing, and over 200 responded to our survey.
