abstract: Managing the SFX knowledgebase update reports is essential to keep access current for what is published and how it is available online.  I will explain techniques and tips we have developed for handling the weekly reports in SFX4, and beyond that, the overall problems and issues in working with the knowledgebase, such as title changes, multiple packages, subscription vs. open access, data quality, and the wider environment of publishers.
