These differences affect budgeting, planning, order tracking and catalog record maintenance. Consortium-level application of PDA adds additional complexities. The presenters will share lessons learned from pilot projects involving different vendors and models, and at the local and consortium levels. Emphasis is on the vendor and Voyager implementations for acquisitions, cataloging and discovery, along with some collection development aspects.&#13;
