abstract: We will discuss our efforts to customize Primo in order to better integrate with our other library systems and services.  Techniques discussed will include how to use AJAX to embed new services within the Primo UI, using Jquery and Back Office changes to override the default behavior of the Primo UI, and how to construct "intelligent" links from within Primo to external systems. The presenters will discuss the integration of external systems for article discovery, consortial borrowing, and a delivery system that services a remote storage facility.
