%X The Tri-University Group (TUG) [University of Guelph, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University] has recently completed a trial of Primo Central. This session will explore the steps our institutions went through for this trial: planning; implementation options and processes; user testing; focus groups; staff consultations; and user feedback. After this session, attendees will have a better understanding of steps to consider when embarking on a trial of Primo Central.
