abstract: In December 2011-January 2012 the Kentucky Voyager Consortium moved to the Ex Libris Voyager Direct hosting environment from their hub servers in Lexington and Louisville.  This presentation will cover the migration preparation, process and experiences of the 19 institutions.   What information do you need to gather for the move?  What happens during the migration?  What should be tested during the move?  What was learned during the process?   Was the move worth it?  Come find out!
