We want our patrons to confidently access all aspects of their account from one place. Additionally the Library wants to streamline the analysis of usage data for an holistic view of application use and trends. The main challenge has been to migrate patron data from Aleph and Metalib to Primo. A second challenge has been the coordinated deletion of expired patron data from Aleph, Metalib and Primo. In this presentation we will outline UNSW's methodology for patron management across the 3 applications and the degree to which it meets our goals. date: 2012-05-10 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: lecture event_title: ELUNA 2012 event_location: Salt Lake City, Utah event_dates: May 9-11, 2012 event_type: conference refereed: FALSE citation: Harmer, Sue (2012) Primo: traversing the patron puzzle.
