The presentation will include: 1) ways to modify the top-level facet so that the “Available” facet can be re-defined; 2) creating a local scope for life sciences-related material based on LC call number ranges; 3) modifying the SFX normalization rules and dedup matching algorithm to improve deduping between SFX records and ejournals records from the library’s catalog. The audience will learn how to make the normalization rules changes described as well as how to create locally-defined mapping tables to support the custom norm rules.
