"abstract": "Harvard University has undertaken a long-term project to create online tutorials for each Aleph module using Adobe Captivate. The goal of this project is improve access to Aleph training for a large library staff with differing levels of experience, while reducing the number of in-person training sessions offered. In this session, we will outline our process for creating the online tutorials, from scripting to production and deployment. We will also share a number of best practices we have discovered, and address some software quirks rising from the interaction between Aleph and Captivate. Our session will focus on the Cataloging module, but the lessons learned can be applied to creating online tutorials for any Aleph module, or even other Ex Libris products.\r\n",
