</mods:title></mods:titleInfo><mods:name type="personal"><mods:namePart type="given">Nackil</mods:namePart><mods:namePart type="family">Sung</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm type="text">author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:abstract>In 2004, Sung and Sung developed Library Stacks Management System (LSMS) while they were in Eastern Illinois University.    The developers, now in University of Hawaii at Manoa, improved the system by rewriting the program under the web environment.  The back-end is based on MySQL-Apache-PHP and the front-end requires only a web-browser.  The web-based inventory system supports real-time access to Voyager and allows multi-user scanning processes.&#13;
