abstract: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is implementing a world-class digital preservation system based on Ex Libris Rosetta, NetApp StorageGRID, and new, advanced IBM tape solutions. The archive may reach 100 petabytes this decade. Sophisticated technologies that continuously ensure integrity of the archive will be presented. A tool to help Rosetta customers extract technical metadata from files within MXF wrappers will be introduced, and plans for state-of-the-art digital preservation facilities will be previewed.
