As the new standard is adopted in the shared cataloging environment, well-planned preparation is essential to manage RDA implementation. Like many other libraries in the U.S., TCNJ Library had decided to implement RDA in March 2013. A series of actions have been taken to gradually and systematically train the cataloging staff to ease their way into the new RDA workflow.
