      "abstract": "Abstract:  Notre  Dame,  McGill  and  the  University  of  Iowa  all  use  Aleph\u2019s  hold/recall feature to provide  delivery  of library  materials  between  their  campus  libraries  and also beyond, to campus offices.  The session  will cover  our various implementations  including Note Dame\u2019s transition from an ILLiad-based  service,  University  of Iowa\u2019s  handling  of request  from closed  storage.  Primo is used by Notre Dame and Iowa; McGill\u2019s implementation  is vanilla Aleph. Reports  and notices will also be covered.",
